REFUND POLICY
STUDIO BOOKING POLICY
Cancellations: You may cancel a booking up to 2 weeks in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
Reschedule: We offer a rescheduling policy of up to 1 week before the booking start date. Please note that any rescheduling after this date will not be actioned or eligible for a refund.
Refunds: Refunds will only be provided in accordance with our cancellation policy. In the case of a service not being provided due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer either a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Subscription plan Terms and Conditions
1. Agreement Overview
By purchasing or subscribing to a pricing plan from F18 Studios Ltd, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the use of our studio space, equipment, and services, as well as your obligations under the chosen pricing plan.
2. Subscription/Pricing Plan Options
F18 Studios Ltd offers a variety of pricing plans for studio hire. Specific details, including costs, included services, and duration, will be outlined in the individual plan descriptions.
3. Payment Terms
All pricing plans must have the first payment made upfront.
The default auto-renewal period is 3 months.
Each subsequent payment will be automatically paid for on the date of initial purchase.

Prices are subject to change. However, once a plan is purchased, the price will remain fixed for the duration of that plan’s term.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Studio Hire: Cancellations made at least 2 weeks before the scheduled session will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior will not be refunded.
Monthly Plans: If you wish to cancel a monthly plan, notice must be given at least 5 days before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for unused time.
Rescheduling is permitted up to 1 week before your booking, subject to availability. Sessions will not be rescheduled or refunded if requested after the 1 week deadline.
5. Non-Transferability
Pricing plans are non-transferable and can only be used by the purchaser. You may not share or sell your studio time or plan benefits with any other party.
6. Use of Studio and Equipment
All users must adhere to F18 Studios Ltd’s studio rules and policies. Misuse of equipment or damage caused during sessions may result in additional charges or termination of the pricing plan.
Studio time booked must be used within the specified hours. Overruns will be charged at £50 per hour (dry hire + any additional costs).
7. Termination of Plan
F18 Studios Ltd reserves the right to terminate your pricing plan if you violate any of these terms and conditions. No refunds will be given for terminations due to breaches of policy or agreements..
8. Limitation of Liability
F18 Studios Ltd is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items, data, or equipment brought into the studio. While we maintain a safe environment, all users assume full responsibility for their personal belongings.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing or via email at least 30 days prior to taking effect.
